Du XVII si\u00e8cle \u00e0 1843<\/h4>\n

L\u2019histoire de AHA EXCELSIOR remonte \u00e0 plus de 400 ans, au XVII si\u00e8cle. Les moines franciscains du monast\u00e8re de Frauenberg \u00e0 Fulda en Allemagne ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette d\u00e9licieuse liqueur d\u2019herbes. Ils ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 une recette consistant en un m\u00e9lange complexe d\u2019herbes vari\u00e9es issues de leur jardin, de plantes aromatiques venant de la r\u00e9gion voisine de la Rh\u00f6n ainsi que des \u00e9pices exotiques import\u00e9es d\u2019autres parties du monde. Ces \u00e9pices \u00e9taient commercialis\u00e9es par F.C Aha \u00e0 Hunfeld. En 1843, Franz Carl Aha acquiert cette recette et commence \u00e0 produire et commercialiser cette d\u00e9licieuse liqueur sous le nom de AHA EXCELSIOR . L\u2019ann\u00e9e 1843 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l\u2019ann\u00e9e de la fondation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 F.C. Aha.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

1843 - 1913<\/h4>\n

Apr\u00e8s la mort de Franz Carl Aha en 1873, sa veuve Katharine Aha a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger l\u2019entreprise jusqu\u2019en 1878, date \u00e0 laquelle son fils Hermann Aha et son gendre Julius Steinbach en ont repris la direction. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 acquiert le moulin Heller \u00e0 H\u00fcnfeld et y installe un centre de production de AHA EXCELSIOR.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle de AHA EXCELSIOR cette liqueur devient rapidement un produit gastronomique reconnu. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se d\u00e9veloppe de fa\u00e7on significative, la liqueur est vendue partout en Allemagne et les distributeurs commencent l\u2019exportation dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

1914 - 1994<\/h4>\n

Pendant la 1\u00e8re guerre mondiale, la production est arr\u00eat\u00e9e et ne reprendra qu\u2019en 1921. Le succ\u00e8s d\u2019avant-guerre de la liqueur traditionnelle s\u2019est alors confirm\u00e9. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 continue \u00e0 se moderniser, tout en pr\u00e9servant scrupuleusement la recette d\u2019origine de cette boisson d\u2019herbes si r\u00e9put\u00e9e. En 1922 Heinrich Aha, Walter Aha et Wigbert Sch\u00e4fer se partageaient la direction de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et ce jusqu\u2019en 1934, date \u00e0 laquelle Walter Aha est devenu le seul propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n

Durant la 2\u00e8me guerre mondiale, une fois encore, l\u2019activit\u00e9 est arr\u00eat\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s la guerre, la production et les ventes reprennent non sans difficult\u00e9s. La division de l\u2019Allemagne limite fortement l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 certains march\u00e9s. Du fait de la situation g\u00e9ographique de la ville de H\u00fcnfeld et la r\u00e9gion de la Rh\u00f6n, situ\u00e9e directement \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re Est de l\u2019Allemagne, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a perdu une part importante de son march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional.\nEn 1973, Carlheinz Aha succ\u00e8de \u00e0 son p\u00e8re Walter Aha \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il reste Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral jusqu\u2019en 1992, ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 il doit cesser ses activit\u00e9s et fermer l\u2019entreprise et ce pour raisons de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

1995 - 2008<\/h4>\n

Du fait de la grande renomm\u00e9e de AHA EXCELSIOR, particuli\u00e8rement localement, l\u2019Etat de Hesse a pris en charge la responsabilit\u00e9 du produit ainsi que les droits d\u2019appellation, les fusionnant dans la distillerie voisine de la ville de Schlitz \u00e9galement g\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9tat de Hesse. La complexit\u00e9 de la recette de base de la liqueur exige un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de savoir-faire artisanal. Pour s\u2019en assurer, les mat\u00e9riels de production et les alambics sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 Schlitz. Pour garantir la continuit\u00e9 du savoir-faire, les ma\u00eetres de chai suivent \u00e9galement ce transfert.<\/p>\n

En 2006, l\u2019Etat de Hesse a souhait\u00e9 vendre la distillerie de Schlitz. Les villes de Schlitz et H\u00fcnfeld ont alors fond\u00e9 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mixte \u00ab Schlitzer Korn-und Edelobstbrennerei GmbH \u00bb afin d\u2019assurer que le AHA EXCELSIOR et les autres produits AHA continuent \u00e0 \u00eatre produits et vendus sur place. La recette de AHA EXCELSIOR ainsi que les droits d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sont alors transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la ville de H\u00fcnfeld.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

2009 \u00e0 aujourd'hui<\/h4>\n

En 2009, la ville de H\u00fcnfeld a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de \"rapatrier\" AHA EXCELSIOR dans sa ville d'origine. Fut fond\u00e9 alors AHA Lik\u00f6r Gesellschaft, qui devint responsable du marketing et de la distribution de la liqueur d'herbes AHA EXCELSIOR ainsi que des autres d\u00e9riv\u00e9s AHA. En 2016, Stadwerke H\u00fcnfeld GmbH devint ainsi le seul actionnaire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

En 2019, Michael Aha et Markus Aha rach\u00e8tent le AHA Lik\u00f6rgesellschaft mbH ramenant ainsi dans la famille le AHA EXCELSIOR et les autres produits .Les spiritueux ach\u00e8vent ainsi leur long voyage \u00ab en bouclant la boucle \u00bb. De 1843, date \u00e0 laquelle Franz Carl Aha acquiert la recette et fonde la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 F.C. AHA, \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais la 5\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de AHA qui dirige l\u2019entreprise. Michael et Markus AHA s\u2019engagent \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuer la tradition familiale et \u00e0 continuer la production et la vente de cette marque centenaire, pour le pr\u00e9sent mais aussi pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
