La pr\u00e9paration artisanale de la liqueur AHA EXCELSIOR<\/strong> est une source de grande fiert\u00e9 familiale, h\u00e9ritage vivant d\u2019une longue tradition. Chaque bouteille porte la signature du descendant des fondateurs, l\u2019actuel Directeur Michael Aha.

\n\nCe spiritueux est produit dans la Schlitzer Destillerie, fond\u00e9e en 1585. Avec plus de 440 ans d\u2019histoire, cette distillerie figure parmi les plus anciennes encore en activit\u00e9 dans le monde.\n

\nC\u2019est ici que le AHA EXCELSIOR est \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec le plus grand soin, fruit d\u2019un savoir-faire transmis depuis plusieurs centaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Le maitre de chai veille scrupuleusement \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration et au vieillissement de cette liqueur extraordinaire. Le AHA EXCELSIOR est \u00e9labor\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on enti\u00e8rement artisanale, sans aucune intervention industrielle, enti\u00e8rement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la main. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une production de masse.<\/p>\n

Notre spiritueux de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9 est compos\u00e9 d\u2019approximativement 40 plantes, racines, \u00e9pices et baies sauvages fraiches. En pr\u00e9paration de la mac\u00e9ration et distillation, ces plantes sont divis\u00e9es et soigneusement m\u00e9lang\u00e9es dans des proportions et quantit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues dans la recette originale.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

LA MACERATION<\/h6>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>

La mac\u00e9ration est l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u2019extraction des ar\u00f4mes et parfums, par immersion des plantes dans un liquide. Pour notre mac\u00e9ration, deux groupes d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s et mac\u00e9r\u00e9s dans un alcool de bl\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9. Le maitre de chai contr\u00f4le ce processus de pr\u00e8s et en d\u00e9termine la dur\u00e9e id\u00e9ale. \n

\nA l\u2019issue de cette \u00e9tape les ingr\u00e9dients sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour la distillation individuelle dans des alambics traditionnels. Les deux essences obtenues par la distillation sont maintenant pr\u00eates pour le vieillissement.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ce vieillissement se fait dans de vieux f\u00fbts en ch\u00eane. Ce processus est aussi soigneusement suivi par le maitre de chai. La temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de la cave sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. \n

\nQuand la maturation est achev\u00e9e nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration finale pour la mise en bouteille de notre AHA EXCELSIOR.\n

\nMaintenant les deux essences sont soigneusement assembl\u00e9es et compl\u00e9t\u00e9es avec de l\u2019alcool de bl\u00e9 de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9, particuli\u00e8rement pur, et le degr\u00e9 d\u2019alcool est ajust\u00e9 \u00e0 38%.
